Guided Forest Bathing
Spend three hours soaking up the peace and tranquillity of the forest, sharing a space in a group of no more than ten like-minded people. There is no need to have conversation, there is no need to check on the time or concern yourself over which route to take, you don't even have to think about planning what to do in your precious time. Forest Bathing with a guide gives you all this so that you can relax, rejuvenate and have fun reconnecting with nature.
Nature Connection with Mindful Photography
This might seem contradictory; encouraging you to take photographs and connecting with a camera after being told to spend less time with technology, but photography and Forest Bathing can work very well together. The perfect tool is your mobile phone - with the airplane mode on, to avoid outside world interruptions and demanding texts. Spend three hours incorporating your Forest Bathing practise with capturing those calming nature moments in a picture.
Journaling in Nature
Do you journal? It is a wonderful way to way to process your thoughts and moments of the day! The act of writing them down solidifies them into memorable moments with thoughts less fleeting. Journaling in Nature could be a great introduction to a journaling practise. Forest Bathing with the element of journaling combines these incredible mental health and well-being tools to give you a deeper inward experience with your writing, offering a different perspective amongst the trees and prompts to inspire you again and again. Groups are never more than ten, to make the most of your personal journey. Please note, this is a three and a half hour event.
