Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive, ideally allowing yourself fifteen minutes to relax and settle in to the experience, before making a prompt start.

 

Unless stated otherwise, please be aware that the venues offered are open to the public and therefore other people and possibly dogs may be in the vicinity. Whilst every effort is made to avoid as much interruption and disturbance as possible, it cannot always be guaranteed.

 

Your safety and enjoyment is important, during your event please take note and follow any advice given by your guide.

 

Disclosures of allergy, illness or any relevant disability will be kept strictly confidential, but in order for any adjustments to be accommodated, either for your benefit, comfort, or safety, or for those that may be in your group, please make your guide aware at least 24 hours before the event.  Kokoro Grove Ltd wants to make the experience of your event a positive one and is happy to discuss any queries before hand to make this happen.

 

Any information that you provide, on-line or otherwise, will not be shared with anyone else and used solely for the purpose of making your event the best it can be. Separate permissions may be requested for the following:

To print or post any photographs online, if you or any of your party are in them.

To store your email address, if you wish to accept the invitation to join the monthly mailing list that will give you news, offers, and the opportunity to take part in any exclusives that may be on offer.

To post online or print any referrals or comments that you may be kind enough to share. Positive feedback is a wonderful tool for helping others decide and understand more about what Kokoro Grove ltd stands for!

Please, do say no if you feel uncomfortable about granting permission, no offence will be taken or reason asked for.

 

During the event, participants are invited to come together in a circle to share their experience of the activities. Please be aware that for some, reconnecting with nature in this way, can sometimes bring about unexpected feelings, memories, and emotions. You do not have to share anything if you don't want to, it is totally optional, but it is an opportunity for those who do speak, to be heard in a supportive and non-judgemental environment. Such trust and sharing within the circle, can be very healing and provide clarity for both the sharer and the group. Please be aware that it is an honour to be a part of this process, and that respect and confidentiality are requested - 'What happens in circle, stays in circle'.  

 

Cancellation. For a full refund, cancelation must be made by email to info@kokoro-grove.co.uk or by phone 07966 255335 giving 48 hours notice or more, where possible. If no cancelation is made, your fee will sadly be forfeited. 

 

Cancellation of the event is at the discretion of the guide and the landowner. This may be due for example, to extremes of weather, an unforeseen or unsafe environment developing at the venue, illness, or personal safety considerations. As much notice as possible will be given by the guide, in these circumstances. If such an event occurs, Kokoro Grove Ltd will offer the option to rebook the session on an alternative date, or offer a full refund.
